The Linguistic, Literary and Intercultural Studies curriculum deepens the study of a first and a second foreign language, at least one of which must be European, chosen among those currently offered by the programme.
Possible first languages include: French, English, German, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Uralic languages.
Possible second languages include: Arabic, Chinese, Hebrew, French, Japanese, English, Nordic languages, Portuguese and Brazilian, Russian, Spanish, German, Turkish, and Uralic languages.
Each language follows a multi-year progression including courses in language, literature, and culture, integrated with studies in philology, literary criticism, and theoretical and applied linguistics.
The curriculum develops solid communicative and interpretative competences, based on a thorough knowledge of morphology, syntax, linguistic typology, and literary analysis methodologies.
Special attention is devoted to intercultural and comparative perspectives, allowing students to customise their study plan through elective courses, workshops, or internships.
This curriculum is open access; admission procedures are detailed in the section "Enrollment".
